  Ya, I believe the drums basically contained debris that was considered contaminated and therefore had to be removed before building demolition. Probably nothing too scary.

  i have witnessed actual authorized worker peoples on the site at avtex, and they alwasy have full body suits with respirators tubes that go outside the building. im not sure whats in the barrels but i can assure you its not good
