notice when the viaduct bridge was built they put the footings in to make it 4 tracks wide but they never did, partially because the swing bridge stayed in service longer that was expected lol

that was fun, I wish these things were still fully functional today. Bridges along the canal are quite boring now.

i like the jackknife bridge in ville st pierre, the rolling lift bridge next to it is a late arrival though
