  Do they still use incinerators anywhere? It sounds like a good idea but I'd imagine it wouldn't be too kind on the environment.

  Believe it or not, the Swiss do it. They try to recycle everything...whatever they can't they burn in modern incinerators.

  We have incinerators here in Bermuda. Locals can't seem to get their shit together to make it work to best environmental effect though.
