Gallery Description
I had high hopes for Picher, OK. Sadly, most of the town has already been torn down by the time I visited, leaving little more than giant piles of chat that almost touched the sky in some places. If you find one big enough, you can almost pretend your on the coast line of the Pacific Ocean (minus the water), because the chat looks very similar to grains of sand - to the naked eye, at least.
