Gallery Description
I just wanted to post this to show you the beautiful building they tore down to build the ugly building that they tore down.
This is the Central Public School (later renamed Victoria School). Built in 1872. Gutted in a fire in 1881, and rebuilt with a new roof in 1882. This picture is from after 1882, showing the new roof.

This building was demolished to build the post office.
