I stopped by the hotel after seeing the foggy exterior pictures in the DB and was mildly spooked out by it. Looking like something out of a Steven King movie that I forget the name of where the main character arrives at a location minutes before current time does. It looks like everyone stepped out for lunch and will be back in a minute or two. Really odd for a place that was closed almost two years ago, it was spotless, the waterfalls in the lobby were running and I was half expecting to look over the railing and see koi / goldfish swimming around.
I was on my way home from visiting Dow Brewery where I had loaded my film camera in a dark back hallway, and not realizing I had misloaded the film on the sprockets until I had shot of way more frames than were available on the film I loaded. I reloaded the camera a basically did a fast reshoot of the main floor area of the lobby as time for me was running out that day. Had I not been such a bone head, I would have pictures of the spa and recreation facilities in the basement, and the fully equipped night club. Maybe someone else can do a reshoot for the DB.
