A small field next to a pulloff on Old Sudbury Road, filled with rocking horses and some other toys donated by anonymous individuals. Whimsical and surreal all at once, and absolutely unique. People are always stopping to take pictures, and rearranging the horses into new formations to make new pictures. It's a charming little spot.

It's a stampede of abandoned rocking horses! What's NOT interesting about that?

There are multiple stories regarding how this attraction came about. Some say the first rocking horses were left behind by a coupe of local boys wrapping up a summer lemonade stand. Others believe it was something more anonymous, perhaps someone left one by the side of the road deliberately. At any rate, people 'donate' their unused rocking horses to the site, and the owners of the land prefer not to know who leaves them - they believe that the anonymity of it is part of its charm.
