Interestingly enough, The Children's School appears to operate on a land lease with the previous owner as the current owner is listed as Alpine Investment Holdings, LLC.

I believe this restaurant was opened in the 1970s and served authentic Italian food to Arlington's residents and other celebrities for over 40 years. According to the founder/former owner, he decided to close shop because all the other chef's had retired and he was on his own to cook/run the restaurant and he wanted to spend more time with his family. I'm almost positive this place closed in 2011, however it might have closed in 2012. The new owners have other successful restaurants in the area so I'm not really sure why they've let this place fall into such disrepair. When I first went there was still the sound system inside, but it has since been stolen/removed.

Apparently the owners plan to turn it into another restaurant. However they have let this place fall into terrible shape!
The new 3 story childcare/education center built in its place will continue to operate through the unforeseen future.
