History
This building began life as the Ottawa Coca-Cola bottling plant. On the north side of the building a railway siding served the plant until about 1958. In 1962 the building was narrowly spared demolition when the Queensway was built. Now it is gone to make way for a realignment of Chamberlain Avenue.
For the last 30 years or more the building has been used by the Ottawa Board of Education as a resource centre.
