The mall has an area of 900,000 square feet (84,000 m2) on one level with over 80 stores, a 450-seat food court as well as restaurants and a 7 screen cinema. The mall has several unique features, including a large indoor pool fountain with many lights and jets firing in sequence. Several times since Kohan has owned the mall, they have become delinquent in utility payments, and the electricity supplier, National Grid, shut off power to the mall on several occasions, sometimes during the middle of a busy Christmas Shopping Season day. The 7 screen cinema was owned by Sony-Loews Cineplex, and is now operated by Zurich Cinemas (an independent company).
