Single family home set off a main roadway. Surrounded by an abandoned restaurant on the left (still sealed tight) and an active plaza/shops on the right. About 9 rooms on the main floor. Bigger than it looks!
Detached garage too. Don't know what's in there.

Interesting wallpaper and scribbles/paint on the walls. Looks like it used to be a daycare of sorts during its final run.

Built in 1920 as part of the Edgeland Farms development.
Shifted hands several times through the 30s and 40s before the main owner of the house obtained it. This owner was active through the 50s and 60s here and had moved in the early 1970s. Was the inaugural Director of Operations for the Henrietta Volunteer Ambulance as well as a member of the Brighton Volunteer Fire Department.
He also started a painting company out of this building in the early 50s, then a construction company which filed for bankruptcy in 1958.
Notice of another family living here in the 60s, the time overlaps which doesn't make sense.
Currently owned by Rochester Auto Maintenance who owns a number of former Jiffy Lube operations in the area (including the one across the street from this building) and are selling and renting their properties to other oil change places, etc.
No current plans for the house, but is up for sale.
UPDATE : The property has been purchased and the house on the property was demolished during the summer of 2017.
