It's a big factory on top of a hill in the middle of the suburbs. You'll notice how this property does not blend with the suburb. If you try and call the numbers; one of them is offline while the other puts you in an answering machine giving you a loop.

It's a big building with lots of graffiti everywhere. Broken windows and glass are present everywhere. Inside the building some of the smashed windows were still on the door, leaving a lot of nice cratered windows around the factory. There's a lot of burned rooms around the building, surprisingly nothing got burnt to crisp. The rooftop leaves you surrounded by a suburb and downtown Montreal at a faint distance.

Patella Manufacturier Inc was a woodworking company established in the 1960s. At its peak it had its operations located in Montreal and Toronto. Nevertheless this was the headquarters of Patella. From 2009 to 2010, consecutive losses in profit made it difficult for business to continue. So Patella declared bankruptcy on November 2010. 350 jobs were lost and this building has been an amateur demolition site for teens and unprofessional adults. Windows are broken everywhere and it seems like the place was vandalized to the pits. There seems to be a big fire that occurred here.
