 Overview
 Description
Three story spherical house made of a 2 story poured concrete shell sitting atop a 1 story square concrete garage. Originally had Lexan windows to withstand hurricane-force winds and two levels of wooden flooring, now all gone. The place is worth seeing as a novelty if you're driving by on 33, but there isn't much to see. The poured concrete shell is in good shape, but the entire inside has collapsed and is not safe to go in.

It sits just off of Chieftain Drive right outside Logan, and even though it's maybe 50 feet off the road, it can be invisible in the summer because of the trees it sits behind.

     History
The house was built as a prototype version of tornado and hurricane-proof house. It was originally intended to be sold along the gulf coast and tornado alley, because it had no corners it would withstand high winds with very little damage. Too much money was poured into the project however, and eventually funding ran out. The builder never moved his family in, as he intended, and never got the chance to put the design into production. Eventually, his failing health killed him and his dream.

     Future Plans
No future plans as of yet. The original builder died, and his son has nothing to do with it except for checking on it from time to time.
