For almost a decade it was known as a large skateboard/bmx complex called "east coat terminal" where people from all over came to skate the ramps. In the winter for 5 years there was a large graffiti jam held where many famous graffiti artists came and painted from nearby NYC, US and Europe. The main plant, is still partially visible, give or take a wall or two. Rumors I've heard suggest this place had many sub levels separate and inaccessible from where the terminal skate park was.
