The property is a cluster of about seven buildings, one fallen over. Main building has a main floor and a basement. One of the smaller buildings looks to have been a type of infirmary at some point.
Main building has been devastated by scrappers, but the building still stands. Makes for a good first / easy exploration.
Update 2015: Only 4 of the buildings still stand. Upper floor of the main house has been gutted. Flooring VERY unsafe (I nearly fell through, had it not been for a support beam underneath). East half of the basement has been gutted too. Western half is interesting and offers clues to the location’s past. The other buildings are small but definitely worth exploring. And for those of you who like ghosts and hauntings, this place is totally different at night.
Warning: The neighbors to the east keep an eye on the property. They will come over if they see you on the property.
