Haven't been able to find much out. The site was host to Brooks Bros. auto parts. THere is also evidence that it was a decorative brick factory at some point. The western part of the building was going to be apartments but health concerns from the factory side lay that idea in ruin.

Worcester finally went ahead and demolished everything on the grounds. Nothing left.
