This location has been labeled as Demolished, and therefore can be viewed by anyone.
Two houses, a barn, sheds and lots of vehicles and other stuff strewn across the yard.
This area is actually owned by the City of Mississauga since it bought all the undeveloped land in between Ninth Line and the 407, and is technically designated as a "parkland". So you can't actually be caught trespassing there unless they put up a fence or a sign.
The house used to be much more accessible. The basement stairs has collapsed and the upstairs has obviously unsafe flooring, although it is possible to walk across on the left side for those brave enough. Needless to say, use caution.
Features a barn, other small barn-like buildings and sheds, tractors and farm equipment, and a ridiculous abundance of old cars.
I tried counting just the motor vehicles within the boundaries of the fence, there was about 55.
As for the house, I don't really recommend going in. It's literally just a garbage dump with walls. Not much in there you wouldn't find in a dump either. Whatever you do, don't open the fridge, they left food in there. It stinks up the whole house and is probably a bio-hazard.

It was a working farm at one point and was abandoned a few years ago. The owner was an auto worker's family. My guess is that he got laid off and instead of selling his property (which would require a lot of work removing everything), just used it as storage and moved.

     Future Plans
The house on the south is slowly falling apart. The City could come any time to take it down, since they own it, but I doubt it.

As of 11/10/2015 - The cars have been scrapped, the barn, shed, and house have been demolished. However, the southernmost house still exists, and is apparently a designated historic location dating back to pioneer times, but updated in the interior.
