Le batiment est abandonné depuis une dixaine d'années et le proprietaire l'a laissé dépérir beaucoup, il y a eu beaucoup de vandalisme jusqua ce que le batiment passe aux nouvelles regionales a cause de plainte du voisinage. Tout a été barricadé de bloc de beton.
