It's just a big old barn that looks like it's going to fall apart, but it has more 'no trespassing' signs than I've seen on most places, and the boarding up is done very well. It has security lights all around the perimeter. Also, by peaking inside, it has walls internally that were not original to the barn. It's probably nothing, but could be something.

3.13.2024 - Once a barn all alone in a field, today it is surrounded by a park and entire subdivisions. While the property immediately surrounding it is owned by the city / county of Broomfield, a plat with near the same footprint as the barn and the barn itself is owned by Kevarma LLC.
