In the 1970's, this property was owned by the Chsterland Packing Co., it then changed hands several times, doing time as a vocational training center and ending up in the hands of Ruggiero Construction in 2008. In 2009 a quit claim deed was issued, and it fell into the hands of "3300 W. 65th St., LLC, which I suspect is some kind of community redevelopment group. Good luck with that.
