 Overview
 Description
Perryman Ditch, the largest culvert ever built in Oklahoma, is part of a $360 million dollar project to widen I-44. The 1.25-mile-long Perryman Ditch, which began in January 2009, was the first construction phase of the four-year I-44 Riverside Drive to Yale Avenue widening project. The ditch is made up of 6 million pounds of steel and 34,000 cubic yards of concrete, enough to build 9 miles of highway. It starts as three 10-by-10-foot tunnels side-by-side and expands to three 12-by-16-foot tunnels, where it empties into the river.

  •  Interesting Features
Other than being the largest culvert in Oklahoma, this drain is rather boring really. It would be great to ride bikes through, but that's about it.
