A small theater without seats. Lights still work, and has roof access, but other than that nothing special. Something to do on harvester though.

  •  Interesting Features
Anything particularly interesting has been removed. There's still a mural, some gift cards and surprisingly whole toilets. Electricity still works, but not the theater lights. For some reason there is a scale model of a windmill in theater 1.

As of Oct 10th/2010- it is now a large pile of rubble

The Showcase Cinemas is located in Burlington Ontario, just north of the Burlington Mall. This theater has a giant painting on the walls lobby that has scenes from different classic movies from the 1930's to the 1970's from "The Wizard Of Oz" to "Star Wars".

It was built in 1983/1984 and opened as a Cineplex-Odeon, later it was sold off to Empire Theatres when Cineplex merged with Famous Players in Canada. It has over 1,000 seats in the six auditoriums, and the facility has parking for just over 400 cars.

The Showcase 6 Cinemas were closed by Empire Theatres on April 12, 2009.

     Future Plans
There appear to be some [rather untouched looking] construction materials inside.

According to MattK: As of August 6th 2010 there are vehicles for Murray Demolition surrounding the theater. Because of this I see it fit to make it public.
