A five-storey office building internally divided into five "wings". Most of the space is taken up by generic office space, but there are also interesting features such as maze-like air raid shelters that take up most of the basement. The building is mostly empty, but from some less-visited places one can find remains of the former occupants. There's also power and heating, which makes the place convenient to visit during dark winter nights.

You don't often come across abandoned office buildings of this scale, especially in Finland. It's just... huge. The total floor area is roughly 38,000 square meters (409,000 sq-ft). There's a photography laboratory in one of the air-raid shelters that looks like it was abandoned in the late 80s or early 90s - in a building that was in use until late 2000s! Walk-in safes, archive rooms, server halls and other small details that make the otherwise empty building a bit more interesting.

The office building was originally built for Suomen Yhdyspankki (SYP) in the 1970s. While the company changed names several times over the years, it remained as a major occupant until mid-2000s when the building was vacated. Some of the office space was used by other companies. The building was later sold to Varma, a Finnish insurance company that is looking forward for demolition and redevelopment of the area for housing. The latest dates found in calendars etc. were from 2006 and several documents and articles have stated that the building has been vacant for couple of years. There's still power because of the fire alarm system and the lights are on in parts of the building. Also, in winter the basement was being heated, probably by district heating. Local kids have found the site and trashed windows, emptied fire extinguishers and painted graffitis. Also, it looks like someone has been salvaging copper from the old server rooms that still have power.

The building was demolished in 2010.
