Was a diner which was built out of an old 1918 Pullman car. Unfortunately, it has been demolished.

This old pullman car diner did a booming business back in General Electric's heyday in Schenectady, NY. It opened on Election Day in 1936. I used to eat there back in the early-mid 1990s while attending Schenectady County Community College - you used to be able to get a nice, filling breakfast for a couple of dollars. I believe it was still called Ruby's back when I frequented it. Now, it sits rotting, everytime a plan comes through to rehabilitate it, something falls through.
