Two houses on the western part of the island. The three story house was built in 1917 and the two story house in the early 1920s, they were last occupied in 1972 and the early 1980s respectivly. The interior is in rough shape in some parts, but they are in pretty good shape otherwise.

The two story house in the South East was where Bill lynch grew up. He later went on to start a traveling carnival we all know and love as the Bill Lynch Shows.
