4.11.2024 - A school bus company leased the space in 2012, but the building remained for sale during their tenure. It's unclear if the bus company actually occupied the building, or just used the lot. The property was then sold and the building demolished in 2018. Combined Metal Industries (CMI), a metal recycling and recycling management company built a new building immediately thereafter.
