A total of 3 condemned properties on 3 separate lots with a combined area of about an acre and a half with 7 or 8 abandoned buildings. 4 large pre-fab metal warehouses, a large metal on wood frame shop, a brick front office and another wood frame front office show room building. A couple of buildings next door may or may not have been part of this location. The buildings have been vandalized and stripped of all aluminum and copper. Gang tags are present along with a few bum artifacts.

In 2006 the city of Ft Worth acquired this property from a local realtor LOF JON Realty. They had bought up all the derelict and vacant property on this side of the street. But just prior to that all the appraised values went down significantly. Then the City purchased it from them. Almost all the nearby buildings on this side of the street have been demolished and nothing but bare earth remains. Except for this property. For some reason it has not been leveled. Not yet anyway. It may be because of too much asbestos. A hazmat warning tape was strung around the site recently. Or maybe there are legal obstacles but whatever the reason it has become a popular and active bum habitation, even mattresses and box springs have been dragged inside the buildings. From 1973 until 2006 most of the buildings at this location were part of a glass door and mirror manufacturer. They built and installed custom made mirrors, glass doors and shower doors with everything from artistic stained glass to beveled glass to UL listed level IV bullet resistant glass (stops a 30-06 rifle round). The door company is still in business and has moved just a few blocks up the street.

Not sure what the city plans to do with this. It is adjacent to the very busy Union Pacific Davidson Rail Yard.
