 Overview
 Description
The city border goes straight through the property, and the main building was located on Turku side. Other buildings such as a district heating station and several deserted residental buildings, some of them filled with all kinds of stuff, were located on the Kaarina side.

Even though the factory itself had probably never been that interesting, what makes this place special is the amount of destruction in short time and the stupidy of local kids. Not only was everything breakable broken or all surfaces covered with graffitis, but some young delinquents trying to burn the factory down by pouring oil on the floor and lighting fires around the building were caught red-handed by a local urban explorer. The fire brigade visited the building several times over the years. This site was a strong candidate for the next abandonment going up in flames in Turku, but was torn down instead in 2011.

     History
Little is known about a large industrial building on the border of cities Turku and Kaarina, but it's been said that it has once been a soap factory of Nivea. The area is commonly known as "the Nivea property". The factory has been built in various phases, mostly in the 1960s. The last users were car repair shops, who left the building vacant in 2003. It has since been used as training grounds by the police, fire brigade and Finnish Defence Forces, and as an illegal game site by local airsoft players.

The building was demolished in 2011.
