Nothing left really. The concrete foundation of the house, as well as the rail spur. Not a very interesting location unless you're a local.

The foundation of the house features a small "seat" that is a nice place to sit, smoke, and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. The rail spur also remains on the southern edge of the property

Originally a coal depot build in the early 1900's to provide coal for nearby homes (it sits along the former rail line that served Haverford State Hospital's power plant). It was later converted for use as the McCandless Fuel Company (Now based in nearby Narberth and Conshohocken). Abandoned in the early 70's, it faced a quarter century of vandalism, including 3 seperate fires before a 4th led to the desicion to let it burn because it had become too much of a hazard. After the fire, the township bulldozed the rubble (with the exception of the concrete foundation which suffered no damage), and tore down a smaller workshop building. They also tore out 80% of the vegetation and bulldozed large piles of dirt over the windows/door of the foundation. Later as the township had problems with kids hanging out and smoking pot in the foundation, they cemented the rest in. The large rail spur from the coal depot days remains untouched. As of December 08, the old gate has been fixed and pushed back into place, and the property was put up for sale at a price of $500,000 (give or take)
