Apparently, in May of 1992, there was a "corporate takeover" which saw Canadian Erectors Limited Group assume control. Jeffrey Marshall, who had been involved with the company since 1966, was immediately fired. Poor guy. So there was litigation, and the new owners started laying people off and whatnot. And by 1993, the place was essentially shut down.
