This location is a handful of houses and out buildings lining Waxpool Road. I had noticed the half-burned house while driving one day, so I went back today for a closer look.
The deeper I got into the area, the more stuff I found. Basically, the whole road is lined with abandoned houses. I hit three "main" houses, each of which had a smattering of outbuildings, trailers, vehicles, etc. There are probably more down the road, but I ran out of time.
All three houses have some measure of fire damage, and most have been trashed by vandals. However, there are some fun things lying around, including some old cars behind House 1 (which I plan on going to photograph again in the winter when I can get closer - damn thorn bushes), furniture, appliances, etc.
So while this isn't the most thrilling location, if you're a photographer looking for some interesting urbex close-ups, this might be a fun place for you to check out.

The land directly across the street from these houses is being developed, so I imagine it's only a matter of time before these houses get cleared away.
