Just as it was 7 years ago with a new and well preserved decay. Everything is still in place as it was on the first year. Almost no signs of vandalism, everything was left in place except furniture. All the computers, books, screens, keyboard, etc. are left in place. just as it was when it closed.

Institut Demers was fonded in 1990 and was offering four different professionnal high school as well as college computer and programming related studies. This building was probably used by the Institut Demers since his first days, the latest markers and date inside show an abandoned strating after 2000. The Institut was in an old Steinberg Grocery store of the 1960s, many clues about the past use of the place can be clearly found like wooden refrigerator room doors, terrazo flooring, The name Steinberg written in the terrazo entrance, cushion mats operated doors and many more.
