Large red brick building with high celings, large skylights and lots of pigeons. If you look in the right places you can find the original ice rooms, complete with opening hatches to the outside for loading ice into the rooms.

Inside the building there are a whole heap of the towns bank records dating back to 1921, all of these books are about 20" x 20". Over $2 million worth of artwork was once sealed inside the walls during the depression, The racks are still there and a few broken pots but not much else.

In 2004 the Council planned to sell the site. Due to the cost of demolishing the location no one wanted to buy it... Now as of October 24th 2007, the building is to be demolished to make way for a new Resteraunt. Damn economic boom!
