This house happens to be right down the street from my own. I passed it every day multiple times without knowing it was there, as I usually go too fast to see it, there are houses in front of it and behind it, and it is usually hidden by trees. It's just another house fallen victim to our township's 2.5 acre minimum lot size requirement, as somebody had to buy this one in order to have a full lot to build on. They just never got around to tearing it down - which it has done a pretty good job of doing so itself. All in all the house was quite a disappointment. The interior is for the most part stripped and has been regulated to storage duty. The floors are very unstable, but thankfully, and odd for this area, there is no basement.
