 Overview
 Description
The Bieber Mill site retains most of the physical elements, which define the property type. These consist of limestone walls, monumental scale and massing, arched (or flat) window openings, location on its original river site, and its isolated rural setting. The Bieber Saw Mill contains structural features commonly found in mid 19th century masonry factories. These include thick masonry wall is, arched doorways for greater loading access, multi—story configuration and a high window—to—wall ratio to maximize natural light. The Bieber Saw Mill is one of two steam—powered mill sites which retain enough physical integrity to convey their historical associations with the context period.
