A Victorian era farmhouse with ornate woodwork originally built for the Clark Family. Also on the property is a second house (more of a trailer) a large barn and several outbuildings. Both houses were occupied in 2002 and appear to have been recently vacated. Water has done some damage to the farmhouse, but not to the flooring as of yet. Personal belongings, mainly children's items, are still strewn about. Vandals have not yet trashed the place, with the exception of a child who drew on the walls while living there!
About 500m south of Cambrian Road and 500m west of Greenbank sits another house on the adjacent property, once owned by the Kennedy family. This house resembles hundreds across Ontario and is essentially a rectangular 2 storey wood frame building with a high pitch roof and a single dormer in the centre above the front door. It is likely at least 120 years old, and has been vacant for the last several decades. There is no evidence of plumbing or electricity, no bathrooms or fixtures, etc. The framing of the house has spread apart along the perimeter and has slid off it's foundation. Much of the house is leaning in different directions... go up the stairs at your own risk!
