Good sized stream runs under one of the largest buildings. Oh, this place is huge, there's so much to see, so many buildings.
UPDATE-This site is now repurposed and active location (apartments and shops), and has on site security.

In the 1930s the plant was the world's largest flannel production facility. When it closed it was sold with plans for condominium use. They decided it wasnt fit for condos, so it was sold again, and redevelopment began in 2003 turning it into studio offices and mixed use. The first building you see from the road has been used as a self storage facility for some time.
