It is a typical two-story school building of the era. The classrooms and corridors encircle an outdoor courtyard in the center, with an auditorium and two gymnasiums towards the east end. A classroom wing juts out from the western end of the building. EDIT 07/10: Now being used as the middle school, no longer closed/abandoned.

It is basically a time capsule to the time of construction. Barely anything, sans new paint and a new clock system, has been changed. Also, teachers were not allowed to bring any old furniture or equipment to the new school, so everything has been left in the school, making it kind of eerie.

Built to replace the old Bridgewater High School, which was past full capacity, and also to accept Raynham students, Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School graduated its first class in 1962. It was a large and modern school for its time, boasting terrazzo floors, two cafeterias, and a 1000-student capacity. By the late 1960s, it was nearing full capacity, so various additions were built from 1971-1973. This included a new history and english wing, two new laboratories, an expanded library, practice gymnasium, and expanded cafeteria. A new music and chorus wing was also added. Thirty years later, the town voted to replace it with an even larger facility across the street and transition the current building down to a junior high school. The new building has been completed. Renovations on the old High School are taking place over this summer.
