It not has a lovely 8' gate outfront after the main driveway was used for a short stint as a DOT storage/ staging area. Easily approached from the river if you are feeling motivated.

I asked questions of some local folks at a small bar a few miles down the road from the location, and it was a petroleum plant initially, and a truck depot until the former owner, last name Elmore, relocated his business elsewhere in town, and then retired.
