 Overview
 Description
A large two-story limestone house with several wooden outbuildings. The house once had a two-story porch on it, but the Historical Society had to remove it as it was unsafe. I don't know if they plan on rebuilding it. There's a large wooden building that used to be a kitchen, it's been restored. In the woods there are several other rotting wooden outbuildings, I don't know what they used to be but they seem to be beyond saving unless they're completely rebuilt.

     History
The Huebner-Onion Homestead was built in 1862 by Joseph Huebner. It was used as a stagecoach stop for a while before becoming the home of the Onion family. Judge John Onion died there while accidently drinking a bottle of Lamp Oil he mistook for wiskey. The property is now being restored by the Leon Valley Historical Society for a future museum.
