Very old building with beutiful lighting on a sunny day. There is the most beautiful stairway in this place.

Ran into the current owner, who plans to redevelop it in the near future. He is already renting the office on the corner and plans to tear down the other two buildings in the future. Seems like a nice guy, will let you take pictures if you ask.
