     History
    The former Smith-Swinney Motor Co. building was built during the 1920's sometime, and was part of "Automobile Row". Smith-Swinney sold Essex and Hudson Motor Cars. From 1929 til 1962, the building was home of Mastin Motor Co. After that, the bottom floor storefronts were remolded and the building had a variety of tenants.
