Has been a professional building for about 30 years. Housed Doctors offices and Norfinch Construction.
The building was built on an old garbage dump, so due to the gasses from decomposing material, the building could not have a ground floor. The eventual condo developer apparently must excavate the entire dump and remove contaminated soil to make it inhabitable.
Previous tenants include the Norfinch Construction Group and South Asian Family Support Services

bedrooms, which would range in size from approximately 68.3 square metres (735 square feet) to 85.6 square metres (920 square feet). A 16-storey, condominium apartment project is located on the west side of Mornelle Court. A
mix of apartment and townhouse units, oriented towards Morningside Avenue, but having
vehicular access from Mornelle Court, are located to the north of the applicants lands. The
lands with frontage on Mornelle Court are all zoned Apartment Residential
