    The Kovandovitch House was entirely built by hand by the Kovandovitch family in 1914. It is made entirely of concrete, including the roof. It was gutted by fire and abandoned for many years until it was bought and remodeled and is now, again up for sale for $375,000. It is under consideration for inclusion as an historic site.
