Rusting boats and ships of various sizes parts and pieces of a former industrial marina. A few out buildings as well.
There are "Warning - - Guard Dog" signs about, but I didn;t find any. There are some disused dog houses scattered around the lot but with all the holes in the fencing I guess they ran away.
 Basic Information
Type: Ships and stuff
Status: Gone- no boats left
Accessibility: Easy
Recommendation: worth the trip

Work boats rusting away. Piles and piles of rope waiting for some newby sailor to untangle.

(nostra youppi!)one of the boats explored the general brock was a 26 inch hyrdraulic dredge that was owned by Marine Industries Limited (davie) launched september 23 1930. her length was 45.77 width was 12.28 metres and depth was 3.44 metres.
    fleetmates included the
manseau 102-10 cubic yard dipper dredge
manseau 107- 6 cubic yard dipper dredge
manseau 105- 6 cubic yard dipper dredge
manseau 101- 10 cubic yard dipper dredge
john kennedy- 6 cubic yard dipper dredge (not named for jfk)
louis d- 1 cubic yard bucket ladder
bruxelles - 1 cubic yard bucket ladder
dm no5 3/4 cu yard bucket ladder
dufresne 3/4 cu yard bucket ladder

the manseau 102 and 101 were the biggest dredges in the world at the time. all were run out of sorel.
