I assumed it was abandoned / mothballed due to fact I didn't see any activity, and the rail line hadn't been used in a long time. I am guessing that Pioneer is using it as a surge / backup plant to their newer facility accross town. **** UPDATE **** I Passed through town in February 2006 and this elevator is gone.  Media Coverage None  Future Plans I am positive Pioneer will close the facility and after they attempt to sell it, they will tear it down.
