Description
5.20.2021 - Underwent a complete renovation, completed in 2018. The 102,000-square foot, four-story building was built in 1907 and sat empty for nearly two decades before being purchased by Matthews Southwest and redeveloped into 78,000-square feet of historically converted office space, along with 10,000-square feet of restaurant, retail and outdoor patio space.

History
The complex consists of five free-standing buildings. The original 3 ½ style Classical Revival building was constructed in 1907. This is the oldest remaining Dallas High School. (From the dallascityhall.com site) Only 3 remaining buildings, including the 2 short tower-shaped air exchange vents.
