     History
Owned by Southdown, Inc. (headquartered in Houston, Texas) dba Southwestern Portland Cement Co.

Cemex purchased the facility in 2004 and reclaimed a 200 acre quarry for limestone. Also included was the demolition of an 80-year-old cement manufacturing plant that had closed in the 1990's (this is east of I-675). The facility to the west of I-675 was reused.
