Apparently it's finally coming down, or at least being "shrunk" in size. Went by recently and one of the smoke stacks is finally gone, and the inside is pretty much black. Some roof damage is evident as well.
Active construction of a new substation on the property is taking place with full-time security.
Fall 2015 - Demolition is happening. Asbestos is nearly entirely removed. Some of the outer buildings have already been cleared away.
