Some parts of the floors are kinda dicey.

This plant has a HUGE smokestack. So big that you can see it from the major highways that run in and out of Dayton. If you go around to the demolished part of the building it looks like it is straight out of Germany in the 40's.

This plant seems to be fairly old. I do think it fell victim to an arsonist not too long ago, for most of the building looks bombed out and charred. There are a lot of parts that are normal though. The whole building has been torn to shreds by taggers, vandals, and homeless peoples. Although it sports some impressive graffiti everything that can be smashed HAS been smashed. As of late the building has started coming apart at the seams with walls falling down and holes appearing in the roof. This place is on it's last legs and has been slated for demolition in the spring of 2011
